Beaux Arts is a volunteer organization of women whose general purpose is to promote interest, support, appreciation and funding for the Museum of Art | Fort Lauderdale through a variety of events throughout the year.
Since its inception in 1959, Beaux Arts have had countless fundraisers for the Museum including major well-known events such as Promenade and Festival of Trees. All proceeds from these events are allocated for improvements, equipment, and financial assistance for funding future exhibitions while promoting the appreciation of arts. Members of Beaux Arts also show their personal support through various levels of Museum Membership.
No longer a small town, Fort Lauderdale has become a bustling community, as Beaux Arts has shown its own growth and become well-known for their dedication to the Museum. The group is proud to organize and present annual events that bring the community together to celebrate culture and family fun all the while benefiting the Museum of Art.
