Bergh, Ph.D., Curator of Pre-Columbian Art and Native North American Art at Cleveland Museum of Art will provide a broad overview of the Wari and their art production, with emphaisis on the textiles that were at the heart of Wari value systems. Joining our series host, certified sommelier Stephanie Miskew, will be special guest World-Renowned Master Sommelier Andrea Immer Robinson. Andrea is an American sommelier, chef, television personality, and author. She is one of 18 women Master Sommeliers in the world and was the first woman to be named by the Sommelier Society of America as the best sommelier in the United States. She has been the recipient of three James Beard Awards.
*As an added bonus each guest will receive one red and one white wine glass from Andrea’s “The One” collection to use during the event and take home to enjoy. Guests of the wine series are invited to view the galleries starting at 5 p.m.
