Beaux Arts is a volunteer organization of women whose general purpose is to promote interest, support, appreciation and funding for the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale.

All proceeds from events are allocated for improvements, equipment, and financial assistance for funding future exhibitions while promoting the appreciation of arts.

In the fall of 1959, a small group of women dedicated to the Museum of Art decided to sponsor a Festival, the first of its kind in Fort Lauderdale.

No longer a small town, the city of Fort Lauderdale has become a bustling community and Beaux Arts has become a bigger group that is well known for their dedication to the Museum of Art. We are proud to organize and present annual events that bring the community together to celebrate culture and family fun all the while benefiting the Museum of Art.

FRIENDS OF THE MUSEUM
Friends is an active volunteer service and fundraising organization for the Museum of Art. If you are a member of the Museum of Art and would like to share time, energy, enthusiasm and talent, we invite you to join the Friends. As a member of Friends you will be a part of an organization know for its leadership and commitment to the Museum of Art for over 40 years.

The purpose of Friends is to promote interest in the Museum of Art | Fort Lauderdale through cultural activities, fundraising and special events for its members and the community at large.

Who are the Young Benefactors?
Young Benefactors is a new leadership group for individuals 21-45 years old who are dedicated to supporting the Museum of Art| Fort Lauderdale. Members of the Young Benefactors will connect to artists, collectors, and leading figures in the art world through a variety of educational and social activities.


What are the Membership Dues?
Annual dues are $250 for individuals or couples and include membership benefits to MoA|FL; individual members may bring a guest to Young Benefactors events. Your membership begins the day you sign up and lasts for one year.

Invitations to monthly YOUNG BENEFACTOR programs including artists’studios, private collections and galleries,curator-led tours, a trip to Art Basel/Miami and more events TBA

BankAtlantic partners with the Museum to present Free Thursday Evenings and Third Thursdays. Join us every Thursday evening from 4 – 7 p.m. for FREE admission to the Museum and on every Third Thursday from 5 – 7 p.m. for an additional special Happy Hour event hosted by the Young Benefactors including cocktails, hors d’oeurves and entertainment.
